A Tour to Boti Falls

Depart Accra in the morning for Boti Waterfalls in the Eastern Region of Ghana . Drive through Koforidua, the capital city of the Eastern Region to the Huhunya Forest to meet the amazing twin falls in Ghana.

You can swim in the pool of water created by the falls or cruise in a canoe on the river. Relax at the falls and have some sun bath before returning to Accra to end the tour.

What to Expect

Stop At: Boti Falls, Boti Ghana

River Pawnpawn takes it source from Ahenkwa-Amalakpo before falling over an igneous rock outcrop at the Boti Langmase popularly known as Boti falls. The fall had been hidden in the forest and later discovered by a white catholic priest. The Boti falls is made up of the upper falls and the lower falls which the locals describe it as male and female.

Stop At: Umbrella Rock, Asiafo Amanfro, Ghana

It is a mysterious rock that looks like an umbrella. One can climb it to enjoy the beautiful forest that lays beyond it.

The three –head- palm tree is the next stop after the Umbrella rock. it is about 20 minutes hike from it. The three –head- palm tree is a tree with one stem but three heads which so many years old. It is really a fascinating sight to observe.
